Exceptionally quiet cattle. A real pleasure to handle and move through the yards. All cows drafted and worked their way through the force and race without fuss. Not one cow argued during mouthing. Calves were quite good with the one red Limo heifer unsettled.

Assessor Comments
Final sale of the Ross family cattle dispersal. The property is leased and the last of the cows is offered for genuine sale. The cows show large frame sound structure and impeccable udder conformation, doing a great job on their calves even in a difficult Autumn. The three limo cross calves are showing extra growth and carcass and are 3 months older than the Angus cross calves which are catching up rapidly showcasing the mothers milk production. The cows are definitely putting it all into their calves and show that Friesian leanness which compliments their high milk production. All cows have been running with the Angus composite bull and appear settled although have not been pregnancy tested. This is a excellent chance to capture some young cows with plenty of production in front of them, and benefit from the quick turn around in the current growthy calf crop. Well suited to a vealer producer or add some quality quiet cattle to your particular production system.
