Cows and calves were great to handle throughout the yards. One cow became slightly stirry when in the crush and exited quickly. All settled and remained quiet when back together and while being photographed.

A good to very good quality line of young cows with calves at foot. Cows are doing a good job on the calves, they are looking very healthy and will continue to go ahead with access to feed. Five cows rising 5 years, two rising 4 years, four rising 3 years, one rising 2 years. Two head had no visible age brands but were mouthed at assessment, one is a strong 8 tooth and the other a 6 tooth. Calves are approx 1 - 3 months old, there are ten heifer calves & five steer calves. Cows were purchased in November 2022 as cow & calf units from Kioma, prior to this they were bred in Tambo QLD. Please note one cow with elongated toes on one back foot and another cow with full blue eye in one eye. 33% are medium framed cows and 66% large framed with calves sire by registered Mooroobie Angus bulls (Q71 & R25). Cows & calves were good to handle in the crush and all settled well in the yards and remained quiet when being photogrpaphed.

Cows were purchased off AuctionsPlus in November 2022 from "Kioma", Toobeah. Prior to this they were bred in Tambo QLD. Four cows were bred by Brooks Properties.
