Steers handled well throughout the yards, they did have some rush about them, in particular through gates etc, only typical of age & the fact they'd had just be ran in with no time to settle. Nothing showed aggression, with more handling these steers should be great to work with.

Assessor Comments
12 weaned Angus steers averaging 240.4kg full weight at assessment. These steers are powering ahead after being weaned on the 20th August onto lush grasses, clovers and medics. They ran into the yards very well and handled also very well (refer to temperament comments for further details). These steers should not disappoint given the opportunity. Vendor is happy to sign PCAS eligible declaration if purchaser requests. Buyers please note 4 steers observed with slight blue eyes, & at least 2 steers have varying degree of white on cod or navel. All steers observed having a few Bathurst Bur seeds in coats. Nothing considered detrimental. Vendor also offering 11 heifers in todays sale.
