Temperament not assessed in Paddock
These heifers are extremely quiet, a lot of time and work has gone into these heifers during weaning as can be seen with how quiet and well educated they are. The vendors pride themselves on the temperment of their cow herd and these heifers are no different, credit to the vendor.

Assessor Comments
Here is a nice little lot of heifers to put away and grow out. These girls were just a little bit late hitting the ground hence the difference from their sisters. These heifers have plenty of breeding behind them with temperament, growth, structural soundness and fertility being the focus of the operation, there is no reason why they shouldn't grow out into their full capacity. Heifers were pulled off their mothers 6 weeks ago at time of assessment, spent 2 weeks being yard weaned through the process of being tailed out morning and night and been put on oats once weaning was complete to ensure they kept going forward, heifers have spent 4 weeks on the oats and appear to be just starting to clean up and really go ahead again. Please note same vendor has the lead of these heifers in the same sale.
