These steers were a real pleasure to handle through the yards while being weighed, drafted and filmed. 2hd exited the crush a little faster than the others and 1hd in the yards, pushed through slightly compared to the others. Temperament a credit to the vendor.

Assessor Comments
A great opportunity to purchase a larger run of vendor bred Angus steer feeders.( NOTE - 4hd are not Vendor bred) These steers were extremely quiet to handle while being assessed, have been vaccinated with Bovillus MH + IBR and would grow out to excellent bullocks or onto heavier feeder weights. Bred to perform, these steers are out of a Rennylea / Glenruben blood cow herd, by Rennylea Angus bulls - Only Rennylea bulls have been purchased over the last 5yrs. Vendor would normally grow out to heavier weights but with the season cutting out its time to move them on. Weights - 380kg - 421kg to Ave 395kg at assessment. Vendor has another run of 62 feeder steers in this sale being sold separately as they have been running as seperate contemporary groups and didn't want to box prior to the Auction. NOTE - A small % of steers have some warts on their necks and face. NOTE - the eyes are very small old scars not detrimental to their health.

Our annual drop of steers being sold. Would normally grow out to heavier feeder weights, selling to make way for younger stock coming on. Bovillus MH + IBR treated, ready to go. We have a further 62 feeder steers in this sale.
