Assessor Comments
This is an excellent line of first cross ewe lambs with plenty of weight to join to the ram of your choice at any stage. These young xb ewes are bred from large frame western bred Pemcaw merino ewes by top-grade castle reach Border Leicester rams. Ewes are long-bodied with plenty of depth and growth for their age. None of the ewes had their teeth up at assessment, odd ewe showing signs of breaking . Two Border Leicester rams seen in mob due to flood gate being washed down, time is not known, not seen working pulled out 10/2/21. Two ewes black spot, odd pulled fleece due to rolly polly. A nice line not to be overlooked.
