Cows were good to handle, of the slightly stirry cows at the crush they settled once back in the mob. These cows have good maternal instincts & are protective of their calves, good stock handling practices required.

An opportunity to buy 10 very good quality large frame cows & calves, these cows have been depastured with a Simmental bull since calving & a Brahman bull for 10 days prior to assessment. The cows are well suited to continue breeding from & future breeders selected from the heifer portion. Of the cows handled 1 had a hematoma type lump on the offside ribs, 1 had buffalo fly scarring on the neck & 1 calf had larger navel not swollen. All calves still have a lump at the vaccination site & the males calves still have swollen purses from being marked, see photos.
