Assessor Comments
A nice line of one-mark, beautifully quiet tempered, EAGLEHAWK blood Angus first calvers. These heifers are well developed, exhibiting good frame for age, with impressive carcass shape & producing plenty of milk, which is evident in the sappy Eaglehawk Angus sired calves at foot, which were marked & vaccinated at assessment (8 steers & 9 heifers). Heifers are presenting in very fresh, forward condition, with well developed, full udders, & were a pleasure to handle through the yards, due to their quiet nature. These heifers are demonstrating good maternal traits for their first time around, mothering up immediately when reunited with their calves after assessment, for photos in the paddock. A great opportunity to secure a top quality, one- mark line of young breeders with shapey young Angus calves at foot & a lifetime of production ahead of them.
