| This mob of steers flowed through the yards well for the assessment. Some of the steers became slightly stirry when under pressure but settle as a mob well after the assessment. They would be no worries to handle for an experienced cattle person. |

| Assessor Comments | A good line of flat backed cross bred backgrounder steers that are on the move and ready to perform. These steers are in good forward store condition, shiny / healthy in the coat and will go ahead when they hit a fresh paddock. The steers were bred at Longreach and due to dry conditions were sent the Warwick to background on a silage based ration in the paddock which they have been on for six weeks. The steers are located in a tick free area and would need to be blooded if they were to go back into ticky country. There are 5 steers in the mob with small horns or scurrs. |
