Well handled cattle that year in and year out are a pleasure to handle both in the yards and through the weigh process. A couple of steers in the whole group got a little agitated on the weigh platform but very quickly settled once back with their mates. As always with the Glenruben cattle, these weaners were a delight to draft and process.

Assessor Comments
Annual draft of the yard weaned Glenruben Angus steers 9-10 months with this lot of 60 representing the lead of the two lots being offered, with another 31 of the middle draft of steers also in this sale. Properly yard weaned and yard trained in September, these steers were excellent to handle throughout the drafting and weighing process with quiet temperament a noted attribute of the Glenruben cattle. Glenruben cattle are noted district performance cattle and given the opportunity will make heavy kill cattle at a young age. The Corrigan family have been successfully breeding seedstock and commercial Angus cattle at Glenruben for 50+ years, producing good long volume cattle with plenty of shape and doing ability. These steers generally present in fresh store to forward store condition and will be supplied with a PCAS Grass Assured declaration at buyer request. **Note photos and videos are of all 91 steers in this auction**
