Cattle handled through yards well throughout the assessment process. Approx 20 % of animals became agitated when under severe pressure in crush and pound. Once finished with the assessment process steers settled quickly and were easy to handle whilst doing photos. These steers are worked with dogs, bikes & low stress stock handling techniques.

Assessor Comments Buyers, an opportunity to purchase a two deck line of Brahman & Crossbred steers that are ready to perform given the opportunity. Weight range at assessment of 164kg to 342kg they will have delivery weight of 258kg. These steers present with adequate bone and frame and would be ideal steers to purchase to background out to feeder weight, background for the boat or fatten through to the slaughter market. 13 of these animals are still entire and 1 steer presents with secondary male characteristics. Vendor will offer the cattle clear of all stages of cattle tick at their expense with the use of an endectocide. Vendor has another two deck lot of heifers in same sale.
