Good to Handle through the yards. There were a few that were unsettled in the crush, however majority handled well. They will get slightly stirred up if put under too much pressure. They are Round Yard drafted.

85 VGQ HGP Treated Vendor Bred Crossbred Steers. Majority Exhibit Good Bone, Length, Depth and Frame. Ideal Steers to grow out to Feeder or Slaughter Weights for Export & Domestic Markets. They are all Calender Branded No.1’s with the exception of 10 x No.0’s. These Steers have Tidy Heads, Good Feet & there is a lot of compensatory gain to be made if given access to good quality feed. They have all been treated with 400 Day Compudose at Branding or Weaning at different stages throughout the year. There are 26 x Brindle Steers & 32 x Steers with Slight Humps. There are 8 x Steers that have been castrated late & still look a bit masculine. There is 1 x Steer with a waterbag purse & 2 x fresh branded Steers that still have healing purses. Vendor has another 1.5 decks of Heifers in the same sale. *Vendor will deliver Steers to the Winton Saleyards with any labour or hay charges to be paid for by the purchaser. Buyers will need to co-ordinate their deliveries with Agent.*
