Weaners were a pleasure to handle working well through the yard and race with only small % becoming slightly agitated in crush but settled quickly once being returned to mob ,strs have had an extensive weaning programme in yards and tailing out in pdk and it is a credit to the Vendors the temperament of these steers.

Buyers a great opportunity to secure VGQ No 5 EU weaned steers. These strs are out of Large framed Xbred Cows by Moongool Simmental , Gidyea Brangus and Ultrablack and Valeravale Droughtmaster sires, they show good length, bone and softness with great weight for age and would be Ideal to take through to Lucrative HQB EU Slaughter weights or Heavy EU feeders. Rarely do strs of this quality come on the market as weaners, all the hard work has been done with extensive yard weaning and educating in paddock so strs are ready to power ahead on grass or oats. The Biddenham cattle have a very good reputation and always sell to repeat buyers when normally sold at heavier weights. Please note some steers show some very small weaner horn due to dehorning miss at branding and 1 steer with small hernia in sheath ,3 were castrated at weaning (fully healed) and 2 have slight blight scarring in one eye, neither considered detrimental . Vendor has 3 decks of sisters in the same sale.
