MULTIVENDOR FARM CLEARING SALE

The majority of the items are located at Tullibigeal NSW. There are items located at Almond Victoria & West Wyalong NSW. 


Terms: 

Inspection Day: 

Lot numbers 2,3, 7-19 will be open for inspection on July 8th, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. All other lots are to be viewed via appointment.


Pickup: 

Pick-up day: Saturday 23rd 10 a.m. to 2 p.m or by appointment. Any items not collected by the Sunday evening will be treated as abandoned goods.

Agent and vendor will not be held responsible for the accuracy of the description and suitability of sale items.


NO ITEMS WILL BE SOLD PRIOR TO AUCTION.

GST: 10% will apply and be added to the knockdown price on all items

Buyer’s Premium: Please note that there is no Buyers Premium on this sale

Current state COVID-19 protocols apply.

Successful purchasers will receive an invoice by email within 24 hours of the auction concluding. Please ensure the login you are bidding on has your correct details, as these are the details that will be provided to us for invoicing.

You are then required to make full payment of the invoice within 24 hours of the invoice being emailed. 

Payments can be made by EFT over the phone or direct deposit.

Items will not be released until full payment is made and purchasers forward proof of payment via return email.

Once we have received your receipt for payment you will be sent a tax invoice showing payment received, you then must present this when collecting the item purchased.
