NO ITEMS WILL BE SOLD PRIOR TO AUCTION.
The sale will be conducted under the normal AuctionsPlus terms and conditions.
GST will be applied to all applicable items & there will be no buyer’s premium added.
PAYMENT: Successful bidders will receive an invoice by email the next business day after the sale has closed. Payment MUST be made in full within 24 hours, unless prior arrangements have been made with the selling agent. Payment must appear in the nominated bank account prior to collection. Please ensure your contact details are up to date on your AuctionsPlus account.
INSPECTION & COLLECTION: Site will be open for inspection on Friday August 26th and Saturday August 27th, from 9am to 4pm, and Sunday August 28th from 9am to 12pm (by appointment only).
A copy of payment receipt issued by PT Lord Dakin & Associates Pty Ltd MUST be presented at collection. Please contact Joe Portelli on 0418 835 464 to discuss alternate arrangements. All items must be collected and removed from site between September 8th and September 12th. Any items not collected after this date, may be treated as Abandoned Goods (Please refer to Condition 14, in the AuctionsPlus auction terms)
