The completion date is 60 days from today’s date making it Monday the 7th February 2022. Alternatively, if the successful purchasers requires a 90-day settlement, the vendors agree to amending the contract to reflect a 90 day settlement period.
Whilst not noted in the contract, the vendors retain the right to rake, bale and remove hay from the two fields currently presenting with hay cut on the ground.
