Assessor Comments
On offer is a line of Poll Merino wether lambs, August/September 2020 drop. These lambs are the complete drop of the vendor's 2020 wether lambs, with a small tail removed. They are only being offered due to the sale of the vendor's properties. Traditionally they would be grown out and finished, normally selling well in our Merino lamb run at Forbes CWLE. The lambs are Lachlan Merinos blood, from a self replacing flock with only rams introduced to the property. These lambs present a great opportunity to secure a large line of Merino wether lambs to shear and finish. PLEASE NOTE: 26 lambs were castrated with rings just prior to assessment and the area treated with Clik Extra. These are some of the bigger lambs in the mob as the vendor had planned to keep them entire as flock rams. Also noted the odd lamb with scurs/light horn.
