Assessor Comments
An opportunity to purchase a quality line of vendor bred, Leahcim Blood Wether Lambs ex Reola Station. This line represents the complete drop ex Reola, with a light tail removed at assessment & sold as two lots of 670 as 'Run of the Gate'. Lambs have benefited from a excellent start, demonstrating great stretch of body & consistency throughout the line. Very odd lamb has a light degree of dried Scabby mouth. ***As seen in photos and mentioned in wool comments, lambs have a medium degree of Silvergrass seed present. Predominantly on hocks but also a lighter degree on bellies/bodies. A sample kill of 2 lambs we deemed to have a heavier degree of seed were conducted at assessment, no seed was found to have penetrated through to the carcass - including flanks/bellies/foreshank. You could see some irritation on the lower hocks from the seed, however seed removed with the skin in sample kill. Photos available on request.***
