Assessor Comments
A very even line of 1.5 and 2.5 year old Merino ewes, Egelabra blood, October shorn, mulsed and scanned empty. These ewes are sourced direct from one of Egelabra’s breeding properties “Colane” North of Nyngan. They are the top ewes from that draft of maidens for the past 2 springs. The red dot on back is a scanning mark. Some of the red Tag ewes have a management tag in the other ear. A worm test was done 2 weeks ago with a low count. These ewes would be worthy of another joining given their youthful age and may have been either too young or lighter condition in the spring joining. Ideal to join to ram of choice with a handy start in the wool.
