Assessor Comments
A very good line of ewe lambs in prime condition and scanned in lamb at 142% to Sheepmaster rams. Sheepmasters are a high fertility shedding breed that puts emphasis on sound structure as well as carcase. More information can be found on the breeds website attached to this assessment. These ewes are on offer due to excess numbers in the flock and are the later lambers- they are not culls. A small % of this mob show remnants of primary photosensitisation which occurred back last spring whilst grazing on Biserrula (legume). Odd ewe black spots on head. A great line of young breeders with all their productive lives ahead of them.
