Assessor Comments
Poll Lansdowne blood 2018/19 drop Merino wethers mid May shorn with 66mm ready to shear. There is a variance in age and size due to drought altering joining & then due to the extreme rainfall event early 2019 that saw severe devastation and flood damage resulting in total fence destruction on the property allowing the rams free range over an extended period. That said there is a tremendous opportunity to purchase a large line of Western Qld young wethers bred hardy and resilient. The best description is that they range from late lambs to fresh 6 tooth as noted in the mouthing section. Medium to larger frame potential presenting in light store to strong store condition. The wethers would benefit from being crutched, pizzle rung & wigged or shorn shortly after purchase. This sale represents part of the total flock dispersal of the "Narangi" / "Farewell" flock.
