Gear box recently rebuilt by mcintosh n son dalby with the updated differential in it. All magnets on final drives and gearbox showing clean. -Shaker shoe bushes done (sieves tidied up and adjusters were all tightened up for better adjustment in cab) - aftermarket auger trough liners fitted to grain bin. -mechanical variator rebuilt -new yield moniter just put in with updated harness. -Clean grain elevator sprocket and bearings done - bubble up drive shaft and bearings just done, bubble up gearbox just rebuilt. -bubble up tube (top) and auger (bottom) replaced -rotors fully rebuilt front to back -pre seive replaced -coolant hoses replaced -new alternator -new coolant resovour -rear wheel bearings replaced -variator coupler replaced -feeder house drive chains and belt done approx 300hrs ago Feeder chains and sprocket about 50% worn -Front drum bearings just replaced -Straw chopper bearings done couple seasons ago with rotor bearings -unload gearbox 90 degree in auger replaced. -Drive sprockets replaced on unload auger and bubble up auger couple seasons ago Replaced complete cleaning fan assembly/hydraulic motor/ shaft/ fan blades. Shroud and all guards around it. (From escentric shaft failure causing part to fall in the fan) Escrentric bearing done then. Couple seasons ago Extensive work done to front. -Knives belts reel fingers all have been replaced recently. -Feed drum fully rebuilt with new clutchs and Bearing. -Stabiliser wheel bearings repacked and raced. -Springs and shocks recently replaced of front stabiliser wheels. -Adaptor shoes recent replaced. -front window on adaptor replaced 4800 rotor hrs
