Trading Terms
Purchaser Invoices will be raised and emailed on day following the sale. Full payment is required before release of goods. Upon payment clearance in our bank account, you shall be emailed with a receipt along with contact details & address to arrange collection.
Vendor Disclaimer / Warranty
10% GST will be applied to sale price on all items. 0% buyer’s premium will be applied. The Agent & Vendor will not be held responsible for the accuracy of the description & suitability of sale items. Collection is not the responsibility of the selling agent. Interested parties should physically inspect the lots prior to bidding to satisfy themselves as to the condition and suitability of the items, and to verify the correctness of descriptions. Successful bidders will be invoiced via email the following business day, once the sale has concluded. Payment is to be made on the day of receiving your invoice, or by arrangement with agent. Collection of items to be arranged via appointment within 10 days of sale. Items will not be released until payment is cleared. A copy of your receipt (which will be sent to you) must be displayed upon collection of items.
