$15,000 bond must be paid prior to removal commencing – This bond serves as security to ensure the complete clearance of the site, including all rubbish, old tyres, scrap metal and any other materials, by the deadline specified above. Upon confirmation that all terms and conditions have been met, the bond will be refunded to the buyer on the day following a final inspection of the site.
Please note - all funds must be cleared into an Elders account prior to any removal of any items.
