If a purchased Lot is not collected by the Purchaser or their representative from the premises on the specified collection date, then the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor may (it its absolute discretion) treat the Lot as abandoned and have the lot removed and/or disposed of at the Purchaser's cost.
Trading Terms
No buyers premium applicable. Invoices will be emailed to successful purchasers within 48 hours of completion of sale. All invoices to be paid in full within 48 hours of receiving invoice, with proof of payment required prior to pick up. No goods will be loaded without payment being made. 10% GST will be applied to knock down price of all lots unless otherwise stated.
