Invoicing: Invoices will be emailed to successful purchasers within 24 hours of close of sale. Please ensure email address with Auctions Plus is correct. If not received, please contact Agents.
Passed in lots: Bidders are advised to utilize the meet reserve option, or contact Agents at close of sale to negotiate.
Payment: Payment to be made by direct deposit prior to collection, and within 48 hours of receiving invoice. Full payment prior to collection.

Notes: All lots are sold as is, where is. Neither the vendor, nor their employees or representatives, nor the selling agents give any warranty, expressed or implied, to the suitability of any lot.

Where available, manufacturer’s manuals will be provided with the plant and equipment sold, but the buyer or user must ensure that the correct manual are sourced. Buyers are warned that breaches of the relevant Act and/or the Regulations carry very large penalties. In the interest of health and safety for workers, the purchaser or user must perform safety inspections of all plant and equipment purchased at Auction. Where the Plant & Equipment is to be used in areas not covered by the relevant Act or Regulations buyers should regard Plant and Equipment as unfit for use.
