Pre Bidding will commence Friday 4th September on AuctionsPlus, Live bidding will run interfaced with LIVE ONSITE Auction from 10am Friday 11th September.

There will be no timer on this auction, Item will be sold to the highest bidder on the fall of the hammer, or announced by auctioneer.
There is no buyers premium on this sale.
10% GST added to the sale price of all items.
No lots will be sold prior to auction.
Once any reserve price has been met, all bids are binding and are not subject to finance. Bidders should have pre-approval for any finance required prior to bidding.

Successful bidders will be invoiced by email the day after the sale conclusion. Or collection available on the day of the auction at onsite office, if payment has been cleared. Loading facilities will be available on sale day.

Please ensure full trading details are supplied; invoices will be prepared with details supplied on AuctionsPlus buyer registration or onsite bidder registration.

STRICTLY payment has been made in full and appears in the agent MCC nominated bank account (per invoice supplied), prior to collection. Full payments need to be made no later than 17th September.

Once payment is receipted; both BUYER and VENDOR will be notified, via email.
Once notified of payment receipt collection of items can be arranged with listing vendor.

STRICTLY Collection no later than 25th September, Loading facilities will be available on the day of Auction - Late collection of any items remaining after final collection date will become void and no refund will be issued.

If you intend to hold an account with Agent, please ensure that this is in place prior to the Auction. Please notify agents (including MCC) for correct invoicing.

It is the potential purchaser’s responsibility to inspect items before bidding on them. Neither the agent nor Vendor will be responsible for any accuracy of descriptions or suitability of items. Please attend inspection day 28th August 10am-3pm, to conduct your own due-diligence.
