Her 11 sons that have gone through the sale have consistently featured in our top pens. P303 is the most impressive cow in the flesh showing phenomenal capacity, consistent with Premier Guardian and the renowned Premier Jestress H66 cow in her paternal pedigree. Her eggs raised $5050 each by Rob and Tania Jarret in 2022 at the Molong Flood Charity Auction and we raised over $20,000 for flood victims in all. She mainly produces big, thumping sons but her daughters are consistently high-end producers for us including R389 (Lot 66) and T286 who has just entered the Donor pen based on progeny performance. N651 is a product of an extraordinary flush that yielded 9 sale bulls averaging $15,000 and 2 donors from the 13 live embryos. The Jean family split into two main streams 24 years ago with Donors Lot 2- N17, G124 & H103 (26K at our 2020 sale to Forres Angus) on one branch and H215 ($82K at our 2020 sale), Lot 15 P303 and Lot 4 P153 on the other. We have had a lot of trouble keeping the weight off N17 especially with conventional ET where she consistently produces 6 + A grade eggs. Her calves are like her, soft, thick, deep and extremely docile. She has contributed the most of any other cow in our sale to our herd with 36 progeny including a run of 4 full brothers that have averaged $34,000 at sale and 3 daughters in our current Donor Program including Lot 40. She has really bred on producing the magnificent Ben Nevis Undertaker for $56k to go into the esteemed Palgrove Program, and her daughter has then gone on to produce Stud Sire Ben Nevis Valhalla V026 who has been chosen to go into the 2025/26 ASPB as well as standing here and at Boambee. While her sisters been complete divas’s N119 has been quietly kicking goals in the background. She has been collected 3 times for us now through IVF giving us 7 A grade eggs each time as well as 4 retained daughters. Her dam (Lot 2 N17) has contributed the most of any other cow in our sale to our herd and we refer to her as the “goose that lays the golden eggs”. Last year her bull V445 sold for 20k to Andrew Lawrence at Wauchope and this year’s son Ben Nevis Wrought Iron W676 by Sunstone is her best yet and is the 3rd heaviest bull calf we have weaned in history. We tried for years to flush P191 conventionally with limited success and we only have 1 daughter however she has responded well recently to IVF. We have been able to store a cache of valuable eggs for us to preserve this goddess of a cow into the future. • Florina R258 is a bigger framed cow who is a heavy milker and throws everything into her calf. She is a big-ribbed cow with a good coat and skin. We retained her high IMF bull calf V349 for use within the stud and he is a join sire for a number of Spring joinings.

• Geranium R355 is a big, roomy lovely cow that shows exactly how a cow’s head can reflect the width through the rest of the body. She carries that width through the chest floor and overall has an extra element of quality to her. She had a terrific bull calf weaned from her and descends form the M26 Geranium line to E40.
