HEIFERS WERE GENERALLY GOOD TO HANDLE AT ASSESSMENT. HEIFERS WERE FREE FLOWING THROUGH THE RACE AND CRUSH AT ASSESSMENT, BECOME AGITATED WHEN SINGLED OUT IN THE RACE AND CRUSH BUT SETTLE QUICKLY WHEN RETURNED TO THE MOB, HEIFERS WERE TROTTY IN THE BIG YARDS AND NEEDED SLOWING THROUGH GATEWAYS. TEMPERAMENT IS AS EXPECTED WITH CATTLE OFF A LARGE NORTHERN PROPERTY.
