Great temperament is a feature of these cattle. We were able to weigh and assess with no difficulty at all. Cattle handled very well and gave no problems. These heifers have been handled and transported regularly in the South and they still maintain their good manners.

Part of a large run of quality, Western District of Victoria Bred, Angus heifers with Te Mania bred calves at foot. Running at Carinda on agistment for 12 mths and a casualty of the NSW Floods, upsetting sales plans, calf markings etc.. Approx. 10% calved early with majority Spring calves. Very well bred cattle that handled like a breeze at assessment. The odd extra calf would be a twin or lost it's Mother. The vendor has been specializing in joining heifers for around 10 years and always buys the best possible heifers for his program. This should be apparent in the media attached. This was not a planned sale but obviously presents an opportunity for a Buyer seeking good quality young Angus females. Please speak to Don as it is impossible to describe these lots in a few paragraphs.
Please note calves are unmarked due to flooding situation over the last few months
Also 4 Cows & 2 Calves have old pinkeye blemishes. 2 Calves were treated the day of assessment for pinkeye.
