Temperament not assessed in Paddock
The cattle where good to handle through the crush and yards a few got a bit stressed when being mouthed but quickly settled down. They are very easy to handle and there is no problem walking through them. They would suit most people as they are pretty laid back.

Assessor Comments
A very tidy run of Shorthorn cows and calves with plenty of structure and depth about them, the cows are mostly large in frame and they are doing a nice job on their calves. There is one white cow in the draft and a couple with old scars on their eyes not detrimental to their health. There is one with a old scar on her off side hind hock see photo, not really a concern. One calf presented with pink eye and was treated with Orbenin and had a patch fitted. There was a steer calf with very small horns - see photo. A good opportunity to add some well bred breeders to your heard. The calves had 5 in 1 at marking time.
