Cows were a pleasure to assess. They were hard enough to get up the race but once started were fine and followed on. Nothing aggressive or stirry. Big cows that are slow enough to move.

Presenting a nice lot of Angus cows and calves which have had access to the Angus bulls since calving. As there were 4 more cows than calves we preg tested any that looked dry and found 1 to be red tag, 1 blue and anything dry and empty was removed. The red tag cow will have a reduction of $300 on sale price. The cows are mostly large framed and forward in condition and doing an excellent job on their calves. The calves are fresh and weigh 137 kg average. The cows averaged 617kg after overnight lockup. Two cows have dropped udders, 1 cow has a damaged teat but generally the cows have good functional udders. Three cows have a blue eye on one side. Two of the calves have a blue fleck through coat. Generally, a nice lot of Angus cows and calves. Please note Friday morning last delivery opportunity.

Stock History
Purchased as cows and calves ex A+ in February 2021 from Pilton QLD. Were rejoined to Angus and Shorthorn bulls and calved again with Angus bulls running with them since calving.

All cows calved for us and we left bulls in with this mob. Very good to handle and season has helped cows do a good job on these calves.
