Assessor Comments
Vendor bred EU heifers PTIC to Wagyu bulls. The Rockvale herd was purchased by the vendors 10 years ago when they purchased the property. The herd then was a Shorthorn/Santa, Shorthorn Angus cross herd. In the last 10 years only Angus bulls have been used and the more Angus type females retained. Six heifers have white on their udder and one has white behind the naval. The herd is on a Pestiguard program. These heifers had been joined to a Wagyu bull on a short joining.
