Heifers were a pleasure to handle throughout the yards and crush. Odd heifers became slightly unsettled in crush as they had been preg tested the day before, and the yards were very wet.

37 Angus Heifers PTIC to sought-after Wagyu Bull genetics. PTIC 6 to 12 Weeks, to commence calving end of September for a tight 6 weeks. Vet declares that 75% of them will calve in first 3 weeks of the calving period. Heifers are 342kg to 437kg for a projected average delivery weight of 368kg empty. Heifers are sired predominantly by 'Booroomooka', 'Rennylea' and 'Booragal' Angus bulls, which are selected for high marbling traits.
Heifers PTIC to bulls that have a high Tajima content and good growth rates across their EBV’s. Three well known studs represented in Trentbridge, Sunnyside and Sumo Cattle Co ensure these bulls have bloodlines packed with the likes of Michifuku and Itoshigenami all producing a high marbling product.
The Vendors would welcome the opportunity to purchase the progeny of these heifers back as weaners if the situation arises.
