This is a mob of 80x80 young fertile XBred Cows & Calves. Cows are doing a good job on the calves at foot, 25 calves were weighed to range from 50kg-211kg to average 110kg. The calves consist of 5 Simmental X (oldest calves) & 75 Black Angus calves by Jorabee Angus Bulls. This mob of cows are the first out of 500 that were joined to low birth weight bulls and have calved out with out any assistance. There is still plenty of growth to be had in this young mob of highly fertile future breeders. They weighed 320-520kg at assessment to average 420kg.
Please note a few cows have scaring from recent buffalo fly, also a 5 cows and 1 calf with blue eye scaring.
