Cattle were good to handle in the yards and for the photos and videos. Three head became slightly agitated in the yards but all were good once given some space. Most were good to handle down the race and through the crush. 12 head became agitated in the crush and would not settle in the crush. Another two were highly agitated in and exiting the crush.

Assessor Comments
A line of good to mostly very good quality crossbred PTIC cows. The range from 7% small frame through to medium and are mostly large framed cows. They were Vet preg tested in mid October to be 4 - 8 months in calf to black Simmental composite bulls purchased from Fairview Black Simmentals (Mungallala, QLD). A vet certificate is available and the cows RFID's with months in calf is attached to this assessment. Three cows noted with slight blue eye scarring in one eye and two with slightly enlarged teats. This line are the cows with a visible age brands and three cows were spot checked and had good sound mouths. One cow weighing 382kg at assessment was wet and had a calf taken off her at assessment. Note vendor has another 14 PTIC Cows in this same Auction which are the older sound mouthed cows, PTIC in the same calving range, to load a comfortable three decks. Any cows that calve before delivery will be delivered as cow and calf units if it is safe to load them and with buyer agreement.
