A very high quality line of extremely well bred heifers that have been scanned in calf. The sire of the calves is a Nampara low birthweight Angus bull. They are due to start calving in late January. The focus has always been on a tight joining period. The heifers have been handled extensively, and trained for rotational grazing, with the aim being to create a docile temperament. That is certainly evident!!
In the interests of full disclosure, I must point out that the registered Vet who scanned these heifers is also a part owner of said cattle.
Please note - one heifer showing a belt of warts around the neck area. Another two with white udders. A number of heifers still carrying some of their winter coat.
A quality line of heifers averaging around 500 kg. Ideal front paddock cattle, with a temperament to suit. They won’t disappoint.
The same vendors will have 2 other lines of scanned in calf heifers in this same sale.
