In the paddock these heifers were easy to handle. While sorting these cattle in the yards there was a few of them that were a bit stubborn to get out. In the race they moved quickly and were hesitant to enter the crush. In the crush they got slightly agitated and when let out settled down when back in with mob. I put this behaviour down to not being handled much and only being pregnancy tested a few days before.

Opportunity to purchase a line of Charolais and Charolais cross heifers that has been scanned in calf to a Angus bull. They are medium to large framed with the majority being large framed. These heifers will grow into big framed cows when older. These heifer would be ideal to calve down and keep as breeders or join them to the bull of your choice and sell them as 3 in 1 units. I believe these heifers would quieten down more with a little more handling and education in the yards.
