Very good cattle to handle. They are regularly moved around a rotational grazing management system so are well handled in the paddock. A couple of the heifers were a bit flighty when handled under pressure in the yards, but overall they were very good cattle to handle.

This is the mid draft of the Mingbool Pastoral autumn calving heifers. Heifers ranged from 460 - 540 kg full. They are offered as 3 runs of 20 head. Vendor specializes in purchasing heifers and joining them to LBW Lawson blood bulls and selling them PTIC. They were purchased out of local feature weaner sales at Naracoorte, Mt Gambier, Ballarat & Mortlake 6 - 9 months ago. To help with management, the heifers are identified into their first and second cycle of joining. The ear tags with numbers below 760 are in calf to the first cycle of the joining period, and the tag numbers above 760 are in calf to the second cycle. These heifers are showing good depth, bone and are excellent weight for age. They will grow on to be excellent future breeders and have their whole lives in front of them.
