A line of Large framed Angus cows that would fit into almost any commercial Angus breeding operation. These cows are 6-8 years of age & weighed 728kg full at assessment. They are Birchgrove Angus blood (Te Mania Angus bloodlines) PTIC to Birchgrove Angus bulls. To commence calving August for 7 weeks. The Blue Springs herd is EU accredited, with a focus on High 400 day weights, moderate birth weights & high fertility. These cows would normally be retained within the herd but due to joining more heifers this season are now surplus to requirements. Ideal cows to take home and get 2-3 more years out of them, given they are structurally sound matrons. Buyers please note some cows with white on their udder & one cow noticed with small white marking in front of her flank.
