Heifers flowed through the yards easily being used to their surroundings, some heifers became agitated but had already been handled through the yards prior to assessment for preg testing, but as a mob they were keen to get back to their paddock.

Vendor bred heifers out of classed females that are generally larger frame and volume carrying Ardrossan, Rennylea and Jarobee bloodlines with sires sourced at the better end selection of these breeding programs. These future breeders will commence calving 1st week March on a tight 6 week joining to selected Hazeldean LBW sires as listed in the joining details of this assessment. Noted two heifers with small pinkeye scarring and some heifers with white on udder region. These heifers come out of the retain female mob on Warrah, and are only being offered as they don't match in with the Spring calving program on the property. Brooksby Pastoral progeny are noted performing cattle in both grass and feedlot environments.
