CATTLE MOVED THROUGH THE YARDS FAIRLY WELL WHEN NOT PRESSURED AND STARTED TO PICK UP PACE WHEN CONFINED. 5 STIRRED AT MOUTHING AND JOGGED OFF FROM CRUSH. ONCE I WAS IN WITH CATTLE FOR A FEW MINUTES THEY STOOD FAIRLY WELL FOR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS.

LAWSON ANGUS BLOOD RISING 5 YEAR OLD COWS PTIC TO LAWSON ANGUS BULL VLY21 S291, ALL COWS HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB IN PREVIOUS YEARS RAISING AND PUTTING EVERYTHING INTO THIER CALF, COWS HAD GOOD MILK, ARE IN FORWARD CONDITION AND STAND ON GOOD FRAME AND LENGTH OF BODY. COWS WERE BRED ON WARBROOK STATION AT TOOMA, THEN PURCHASED BY TODAYS VENDOR (MOSSGIEL HOLDINGS) OFF A+ IN 2023 AS PTIC WITH PLANS BEING TO RETAIN THEM AS THIER CORE BREEDING HERD BUT HAS DECIDED TO LET THEM GO ONLY DUE TO TRYING SEASONAL CONDITIONS IN OUR AREA. COWS ARE CURRENTLY BEING FED OATEN HAY AND SILAGE DAILY KEEPING THEM IN GREAT CALVING CONDITION. PREVIOUS YEARS PROGENY HAVE BEEN HIGH PERFORMERS WITH THE STEERS GROWING TO TOP END FEEDER WEIGHTS AND THE HEIFER PORTION OF QUALITY TO RETAIN AS FUTURE BREEDERS.
