"Dunan Pastoral" will offer 47 Angus Heifers, 17 to 18 months Pathfinder 7 Dunoon bld Blood, PTIC to Ayrvale HIO J9 sons (proven calving ease & very high marbling). Heifers were joined from 5/12/21 - 21/01/22 for 7 weeks, and will commence calving around middle of September. A nice even line of Vendor bred heifers on offer with all the work done, heifers will present in good healthy store condition weighing from 335 - 460kg to ave 368kgs at assessment. Dunan cattle & progeny are proven performers, wether that been on feed at Rangers Valley for steers and heifers have performed well in grassland programs at Teys. A rear opportunity presents to buy high quality genetics from a well established western district cow herd at such a young age. Please note at assessment 6 heifers were observed to have slight to moderate eye scarring, 1 heifer with the slightest bit of white on forehead.
