Cows were a bit ignorant in the yards, wanting to push through gateways, and some pushing & jamming at the front of the race. First yard full were very well behaved, second yard had one cow amongst them that I’d blame for upsetting the others in that yard. Just anxious & in a rush. As a mob they handled reasonably well, but singled out, they were more nervous. Easily handled by an experienced handler and will be better if included into a larger mob. Just need to learn to block better really.

Very nice line of young big boned breeders. With only their 2nd calf at foot. These are traditional style females with real true to type, pretty Angus heads, good length, real depth and a stack of bone about them. Healthy Landfall Angus calves at foot that are being well looked after. To look at, these young matrons tick all the boxes, and bring everything to the table that you look for in an established breeder - just needing a bit more time and handling put in to them, teaching them to block up better in the paddock, and to move through the yards a bit quieter. Good females to suit a buyer wanting to bring some class and bone in to their herd.
