Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Heifers flowed through the yards with ease, when under pressure the odd heifer got up on her toes a bit, nothing of aggressive nature. Throughout the assessment process, a few heifers were nervous in the crush when weighing and stirred up a bit. Overall a very easy, predominately quiet line of heifers to handle.

Assessor Comments
22 PTIC Angus Heifers, presenting well, in forward store condition. Selling due to a surplus of stock, no retention of heifers, would normally have been kept on to breed from but with little room available and new progeny coming through behind them these heifers have come up for sale. Heifers are all PTIC to a low birthweight 'Bowman Performance Genetics' Stud Angus Bull, picked for ability & calving ease. Heifers are due to calve from September onwards for 12 weeks. Heifers are well grown out with a good frame and structure behind them. This group handled well in the yards and through assessment and will go on to make excellent future breeders. Heifers like this do not come up for sale very often and would suit anyone looking to inject a quality mob of PTIC heifers into their herd. Please note that odd Heifer has an old pink eye scar (photos attached) but does not obscure vision. Please note this Vendor has another lot in this sale.

Vendor Comments
Annual Draft of heifers. No retention of any breeders this year due to surplus of stock, with new progeny coming through behind them, dry conditions and a lack of room, these heifers are coming up for sale. A very quiet group of Heifers.
