Cows that are out in the paddock to do a job and not regularly brought in to the yards, and were all very well behaved. All females were very easy to handle throughout assessment. Yards are only small and females are in close proximity to the handler at all times. Not too fazed by this, very easy girls to mange. Quietly wandered out in to the paddock for photos. Very low fuss females that could be handled by a stockperson of any experience.

Nice line of Pure Ardrossan Angus blood young cows. Presenting in their working clothes coming off the back of a very hard Autumn/Winter and having to do it pretty tough over the last 6+ months. Still producing a super young calf, which has never missed a feed or seen a hard day. Cows have a nice maternal style about them, with length, depth, a good bag of milk and a kind temperament to match. Calves are usually sired by the Ardrossan Angus sires, however, this time opting for the Ultra Black bull to get some more growth, earlier weight & added softness. Very regrettably offered for sale as the vendor really wanted to see these calves grown out, but a forced hand due to seasonal conditions and lack of feed means the successful purchaser will get to appreciate them instead. These would be ideal females to take on and add to an existing operation, or quiet enough for a hobby farmer to enjoy. Showing active signs of cycling and ready to be put out with the bulls on delivery.
