Heifers & Calves were quiet to handle throughout the assessment process. 2 Heifers became agitated in force & weigh station - exiting with haste & continued to be alert post assessment. Heifers were quiet to handle on foot in back yards during photos & videos.

Heifers have been re-joined to Angus Bulls - 9 heifers were detected in calf & 2 heifer were NDP.
Heifers are 2.5 years presenting in healthy store to forward store condition. Calves have been marked - Steers castrated & all calves have received their 5 in 1 vaccination & booster.
Sale of heifers presents an opportunity to purchase young breeding females with calves at foot, to take on calve down & continue to grow out as trade option or continue as future breeding females. Heifers are surplus to requirements & only being offered for sale to accommodate replacement breeding female program.
