Cows handled well as a group at assessment, with only a small percentage slightly agitated in confined area or when put under pressure. A small % did have a bit of run in the yards under pressure but were easy to handle cattle.

A even line of PTIC EU Accredited Angus & 1 Hd Broken Baldy Cows (Rising 4 & 5 Years ) from a high performing commercial herd, due to commence calving approx Late August for 6 weeks. Cows weighed 583kg Full ( 486-646 kg ) at assessment. Cows that are of moderate frame. Wando Estate always purchase high indexing Barwidgee Angus bulls with a balanced focus on the major profit drivers.
Cows that were carried over from last year that lost calves or did not join up .( Not Known ) .All cows at wando estate are run in large mobs under high stocking rates.
Vendor has another line 23 younger Ptic cows( Same Calving ) in this same sale that would make a good 2 decks of Ptic Females.
