COWS WERE GOOD TO HANDLE AT ASSESSMENT WITH JUST A FEW COWS BECOMING AGITATED UNDER DIRECT PRESSURE. ONCE THEY WERE LEFT ALONE SOON SETTLED. VIDEO TAKEN STRAIGHT AFTER WEIGHING.

A NICE LINE OF ANGUS AND ANGUS X COWS DOING A GREAT JOB ON THEIR CALVES AT FOOT. ONE COW HAS A SLIGHT OLD PINKEYE SCAR IN ONE EYE ONLY AND IS NOT AFFECTED BY IT IN ANYWAY. GOOD UNITS THAT HAVE NOT MISSED A CALF SINCE HFRS AND WOULD SUIT THE SPLIT JOB OR TO KEEP BREEDING. SAME VENDOR HAS 7 CROSSBRED COWS AND CALVES IN THE SAME SALE.
