The cows handled well through the yards, one cow exited the race quickly but was no problem in the yard. The video shows the cows moving quickly up the slope in the yards, they were moving toward the gate they usually exit from, the photos in the holding paddock show that they were quite happy for me as a stranger to walk around them.

A nice small mob of well bred cows in top condition showing very nice bags of milk, with smart cross bred calves at foot. Best information available suggests the cows are first and second calvers. 11 of the calves were born in the first 2 weeks of calving, (from week one of November) and 3 were born later. Anecdotally, the vendor reckons the first 11 cows have taken the bull, but buyers should take into account that 3 of the calves are younger and their mothers at least will need longer with a bull.
